DESCRIPTION

BFA provided full interior design services for the building, including millwork design and furniture selection, carrying on the established modern theme of the facility, intended for sophisticated West Vancouver seniors. Every element of the interior scheme was carefully considered in response to the ergonomics of elderly residents, based on a thorough understanding of seniors’ facilities. The comprehensive integrated interior design scheme included an off-site presentation centre, residential apartments and all common areas. This encompassed a hotel-style 137-seat dining room, a bistro, various lounges, a private dining room, an auditorium, a multipurpose room, a library, an art studio, a music room, an exercise area, a wellness centre and administrative offices.
