DESCRIPTION

The project, located in the Victoria Business District, is a 268 unit, 280,000 sf & LEED Gold intergenerational mixed-use campus that will become a thriving community hub. The development site consists of 8 lots taking up the entire block of Quadra St. between Fort St. & Broughton St. This mixed use project will accommodate a diverse range of residential, commercial & community typologies. Public accessible amenities including medical offices, childcare, music centre, meeting rooms, fitness centre, fine dining, casual dining, bars, coffee shops & roof top gardens are provided.

The development is composed of three mid-rise buildings interconnected by three bridge buildings. The bridge buildings & a tapered west façade of the Broughton building create view corridors. Transparent & active facades are incorporated along all street facing frontages. The project provides two corner public spaces that will improve the streetscape on Fort, Quadra & Broughton streets.
