DESCRIPTION

The marketing requirement for Rivendale, a residential complex with thirteen 3-bedroom duplex units of  2,462 and 2,888 sq.ft., was to create an affordable and attractive concept for young families in a suburban neighborhood of Squamish. BFA proposed two color schemes with a coordinated palette of materials and finishes, each offered in a  basic finishes package and an upgraded finishes package. The end result is a contemporary, yet casual, design that appealed to buyers, who bought up the full initial offering of units before completion of Phase 1 construction.
