Located in the Dundarave neighbourhood of West  Vancouver, this 3,700 SF custom West Coast modern residence was designed to respond to the Client’s informal, family-friendly  and environmentally- conscious lifestyle.  The transparency of the home, with large windows in the living area, provides a connection to the creek & related green space at the back of the property, and infuses the home with natural light. The main entry is announced by a bold wood-framed porch element that is a signature feature of the front façade. In an unusual request, the Client eschewed the traditional 2-car garage, opting instead for a single vehicle garage that allowed the compact design of the house to be more successfully realized.
