Mira Presentation Centre

DESCRIPTION

The presentation center was implemented based on a rigorous marketing and branding program showcasing the development scheme for the Mira project.  BFA designed both the exterior and interiors for a prefabricated trailer, temporarily adapted as the project marketing centre, and located only a few feet away from the construction site. The full-service approach by BFA was rendered through a fast-track program including schematic design, design development, working drawings, procurement and construction administration. BFA also assisted the client project management team with securing a temporary permit from the municipality for the specialized structure. The feedback from the marketing team and public concerning the Presentation Centre design was positive and this was reflected in a short and successful marketing campaign to sell out the development.
