The corner site is located at the intersection of 113B Avenue and the 113B Avenue exit off Golden Ears Way. The 11,000 SF building has two prominent facades that are visible from Golden Ears Way and 113B Avenue. The site arrangement was designed so that the building acts as a shield to block views of the parking lot and the blank facade of the neighboring 2 storey building from the public. The primary function of the building is office space, however, it also has a small warehouse element.
