DESCRIPTION

The design consolidates an existing 29,000 SF multi-tenanted  office & warehouse facility into a single-occupant space for Levy, a company that provides full-service trade show staging. The main floor is dedicated to warehousing and warehouse staff facilities. The upper floor houses the executive offices and all other Levy departments including a flexible boardroom. This adaptive re-use of the building, including the use of new energy-efficient direct / indirect lighting and maximization of natural day-lighting, achieved a sustainable approach to the building interiors, resulting in reduction of client operational expenses, and enhanced spaces for employee productivity and satisfaction
