DESCRIPTION

This 3,400 SF West Coast modern home embodies the Client’s desire to raise the level of design quality from that of a typical spec home. In addition to designing the house, BFA provided a detailed interior design including the selection of all floor, wall and ceiling finishes. The dividable flex area  off the master bedroom is  intended as a valuable “extra” space for work, play and lounging. The free-spanning open stairway becomes a strong focal element of the home through its bold simplicity.  Each room has a different and vibrant colour scheme, for a modern articulated design. BFA also specified durable and well-coordinated materials for the rental suite included in the basement.
