Coast Meridian Project

1680 Coast Meridian Road, Port Coquitlam, BC

DESCRIPTION

Two separate concrete tilt-up buildings, containing a total of 39,000 SF of flexible commercial industrial space, were created in response to a narrow constricted site in this heavily industrial neighborhood. The design responds to our client’s request for an economical & unconventional marketing solution, that would fit on a site with restricted street frontage but still allow truck access to all units. While the buildings are of simple linear configuration due to the site constraints, the front corner of each building is highlighted with a feature curtain-wall glazing to create high-value space & a more dramatic impact on the streetscape.
